The ninth season of Soup Sega! ends May 3. The program is under the culinary direction of Angèl Roy. We sell a variety of delicious, all natural soups from our Bulgarian kitchen, made from traditional Bulgarian recipes. Our soups are low in sodium and many are gluten free. We also offer several vegetarian options. Every third Saturday of the month we offer a special soup from another culture. We are constantly adding to our lineup, with specialties such as hearty gyuvech (stew), pulneni chushki (stuffed peppers) and savory banitza (cheese strudel). All of our items make healthy, quick dinners or inexpensive lunches.
Soups are pre-packaged in half- and full-quarts and can be purchased every Saturday morning from 9 am to 12 pm through May 2008. Call for orders and other details: 412-461-6188. You can also pre-order soup by using the online form below.
